Warranty Policy

We at ferris.rs provide a two-year warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects, defects in materials, and lack of conformity with the product description. This warranty applies worldwide, including to customers within the European Union.

For consumers in the European Union, this warranty operates in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Under EU law, you are entitled to a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are defective or not as described. During this period, you may request repair or replacement free of charge. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. These statutory rights are not limited or affected by this warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and contact us at contact@ferris.rs with a description of the issue. We may request photos or return of the product for inspection. If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable time. If this is not possible, an appropriate refund will be issued.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
