What are the recommended care instructions?

The instructions, which can also be found on the label attached to Ferris are:

  • hand wash
  • do not bleach
  • do not tumble dry
  • do not dry clean
  • do not iron

So in summary, Ferris should be carefully hand washed and then left to air dry.  
Who is running this store?

Hi, I'm Lars, a uni student and Rust enthusiast from near Berlin, Germany.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?

Everything is shipped to you by me from Germany for a flat rate. Apart from the US this shipping rate is 4.99€ or equivalent in local currency, complete details can be found here.
Where is the plushie manufactured, how is it tested?

The plushie is handmade by my manufacturing partners in Jiangsu, China.
To comply with various local regulations across the world and to ensure its general safety, it has undergone extensive testing.
In particular, the following standards have been explicitly tested for:

  • Consumer Safety Specification ASTM F963-23
  • Migration of certain elements as specified in Australian / New Zealand Standard on Safety of Toys AS/NZS ISO 8124.3:2021 Amd 1:2023
  • Mechanical and Physical Properties: EN 71-1:2014+A1:2018 Flammability of Toys: EN 71-2:2020, Labeling Requirement: Directive 2009/48/EC Migration of Certain Elements: EN 71-3:2019+A2:2024
  • Migration of certain elements as specified in European Standard on Safety of Toys EN 71- 3:2019+A2:2024
What about tariffs and other import duties?

Particularly regarding the US, this is a difficult issue at the moment, as the way I'm currently handling shipping forces me to pay the tariffs. This means that depending on the current situation, prices for US customers might be higher than for every other country, which all otherwise have the same prices, current details can be found here.
Do you have plans for more products in the future?

Yes! I would love to work on more Rust Merch. The shortlist includes different sizes for the Ferris Plushie and a Corro Plushie. Shirts, hats or similar things might also be on the horizon, but there are no concrete plans for these yet.
